* Rough Creek Work Weekend (Events)
Start dateSaturday, 09 Jun 2012
End dateSaturday, 09 Jun 2012
LocationGlen Rose, Texas [Google map]
DetailsSean Sweeny has confirmed the club’s help is needed on Saturday, June 9th to trim trails at Rough Creek Lodge as per our long standing agreement with The Snell Motor Company.

Simply put the more volunteers we have with gas powered trimmers and lopers the quicker we can get the job done. We are looking for 10-12 members to give up a few hours of their time. Remember to wear long sleeve shirts and pants due to the poison ivy and oak if you are of a delicate nature the rest of you can wear shorts. If we get this number of helpers rather than the normal usual suspects we can make this a one day event perhaps a half a day.

The club will provide lunch and plenty of bottle water for the day of work.

Please post or register on the calendar if you are available to come out and help.
